Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026

By using simplecoupons.top you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The Service

SimpleCoupons is a free directory of coupon codes and public deals. Listings are provided for reference and convenience only. Any purchase happens on the retailer's own site under their terms, and we are not a party to that transaction.

Offers

Coupon codes and offers change often. We make a reasonable effort to keep listings current and accurate, but we cannot guarantee that any specific code will work at checkout, or that a listed discount will be available to you. Savings figures shown are the maximum advertised by the retailer. Community-submitted codes are labeled "Unverified" and are provided as is.

Retailer Websites

When you use a code or follow a deal link, you do so on the retailer's own website, subject to the retailer's terms, pricing, and availability. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for them.

Affiliate Relationships

Some links on the site are affiliate links, and we may earn a commission on qualifying purchases at no extra cost to you. This does not change the price you pay. See our Privacy Policy for more.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual Property

Store names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only. SimpleCoupons is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any retailer listed.

Limitation of Liability

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any listed offer.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
